Meet Don Herr
Don Herr brings decades of public-safety experience and certified firearms instruction to Shoot Safe Firearms Training. His background includes 31 years in the fire service, service as a chief arson investigator and California peace officer, National Guard service, private investigation work, and firearms instructor credentials supporting Arizona CCW, Utah CCW, NRA and USCCA training.
EXPERIENCE
A Career Built Around Safety, Preparedness and Responsibility
Don spent 31 years in the fire service and retired as a Fire Division Chief. His career also included chief arson investigator and California peace officer responsibilities, along with leadership in regional arson-investigator associations.
He served in the Army National Guard and Air Force National Guard from 1969 to 1975 and started a private investigation business in February 1991.
