Implementation note:

This mockup is a practical starting point and is not legal advice. Before launch, have the final terms reviewed against Shoot Safe's actual booking, payment, cancellation, refund, waiver and training practices.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using shootsafe.net, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Shoot Safe Firearms Training, available training programs, instructor background, safety education, resources and ways to request training.

3. Training Requests and Scheduling

Submitting a contact form, email or phone inquiry does not guarantee enrollment, a reserved date or training availability. Training is confirmed only after Shoot Safe communicates the schedule, location, requirements and any registration or payment terms.

4. Course Information, Pricing and Availability

Course descriptions, duration, pricing, minimum class size, equipment requirements, range fees and availability may change. Students should confirm current details before making travel arrangements or purchases.

5. Training Locations

Shoot Safe is based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and serves the broader Mohave County area. Training locations vary by course, schedule and range availability. The website does not represent that Shoot Safe operates a public walk-in storefront.

6. Firearm Safety and Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for following all instructor directions, range rules and safety procedures. Shoot Safe may refuse or discontinue participation when a student behaves unsafely, fails to follow instructions, appears impaired or creates an unreasonable safety concern.

7. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

Students are responsible for determining whether they are legally eligible to possess, transport, handle or use firearms and ammunition under applicable law.

8. Concealed Carry and Permit Information

Shoot Safe provides training and documentation where applicable, but does not issue government permits or licenses. Permit approval, denial, processing times and eligibility decisions are made by the responsible government agency.

9. No Legal Advice

Information about firearm laws, concealed carry, legal use of force, reciprocity, permits or regulatory requirements is provided for general educational purposes only and is not legal advice. Laws and agency policies can change.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Completion of training does not guarantee permit approval, legal eligibility, shooting proficiency, future performance, personal safety or any specific result.

11. Equipment, Rentals and Range Requirements

Equipment requirements vary by course. Third-party ranges may impose their own rules, fees, ammunition requirements, rental conditions and safety policies.

12. Third-Party Websites and Resources

The website may link to government agencies, USCCA, NRA, social media platforms, review sites, ranges and other third-party resources. Shoot Safe does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

13. Intellectual Property
